Very happy my husband just got ba request to send his passport to Guatemala. He is in Costa Rica. How long from the time they request the passport will he get the visa?

CSQ stand for Certificat de Selection du Quebec. If the sponsor lives in Quebec, we have an extra step and part of our application is submitted through Quebec. Once approved, my husband is issued this certificate and the application can move on.Indigo said:
