Hooray! eCAS just updated, and we were sent a letter on November 23. No trace of an email in either account, and I guess the hard copy letter is on its way. I'll tempt fate and assume it's an approval. ;D

It might be too early for your status to be updated in ECAS.

You can use the 8 digit number in the PR card of the sponsorer as identification.

i dont know.
but anyway u can count other applicants from manila cause mostly of them they got already their ppr for 20 plus days...not same
u count when they get approved let say aileenruss she got approved oct.21 and knew she got approved oct.28.. she received a letter from manila that her passport dated nov. 11 but she received it nov.25 i think...so need to compute also the snail post too..

As Siva said, you can use the Client ID number or a few other identifiers to log into your account. However, it is possible that you won't have received an ID yet. If that's the case, give CIC a call. They can update you on your file's progress and give you the ID numbers for both you and your spouse, which you can then use for future check-ins online and over the phone.
