I have a question regrding the main form (008) filling.
In the section of "National ID" it's required to provide an expiration date. On my ID there is no any expiration date, it's valid from the day it was issued and not limited by any exp. date. I can't nether leave this section blank, nor mark "NA". It has to be filled by numbers.
What do you think I should do in this case?

HAVE YOU PROVIDE YOUR PASSPORT NUMBER??
If you provide your passport number you do not need to fill this section.
just mark no. (you dont have national id)

it is better to contact your id card issuing authority because id card require expiry , if you have id card mention it in the form dont hide it
