pre eligibility review process speed may not increase because 1122 and 3152 have been caped but their pre eligibility review is continued side by side with other NOCs

it is better to contact your id card issuing authority because id card require expiry , if you have id card mention it in the form dont hide it

What i did was that i put in the id card number, date of issue and put a long date in the expiry date to enable me print the form. then after printing, i struck off the long date with a black pen and wrote not applicable since my id card too didnt have an expiry date. hope cic accepts that!

 for en cashed wait about 30-60 days
 for PER wait about 90 days
 if you apply on new validated form , you may receive AOR automatically when any officer start reviewing process.

CIC announces the No of the applications received weekly on the basis of the completeness check which requires 7 to 15 days after the submission of the application not on the basis of eligibility review which requires 60 to 90 days. On this forum a no of applicants are worried about cap, I advise them if cap is not reached to 500 after 15 days of your application reached then your application is in cap except two NOCs 1122 and 3152. So my dear you are safe if cap did not reach after 15 days after the submission of your application but you may receive your PER within 90 days.
Read the following statement of the guide about Completeness check and Eligibility Review.
Application for permanent residence: Federal skilled worker class (IMM 7000)
What Happens Next

The table below represents the phases of the assessment and processing.
Phase Description
Completeness check Citizenship and Immigration Canada reviews your application to make sure that:
• all required fields in your application forms are complete,
• all required documents are submitted from Document Checklist (IMM 5612), and
• the correct processing fee payment has been made
If your application is:
• incomplete or;
• the occupation you are applying under has reached the allowable limit under category 1,
your entire package (including your payment) will be returned to you with a letter explaining why it is being returned.
Eligibility Review An officer will make an final determination of eligibility of your application to determine whether:
• your application qualifies for processing under one of the two categories described in the Ministerial Instructions
If your application does not qualify for processing under the Ministerial Instructions you will be sent a letter that:
• provides the reason why your application is not eligible for processing
• confirms that a refund for the processing fee will be issued
Selection and Admissibility If your application is eligible for processing, your application will be assessed against the following requirements:
• minimal requirements
• selection factors
• sufficient funds
• admissibility (criminality, security, medical)
• If your score is equal to or greater than the pass mark, your application will be sent to the visa office for further processing.

Great Success
Congratulations for all those who received PER or their application moved to VO
This is the great success because they gained 80% goal. They have successfully completed the following steps.

That is why CIC takes 60-90 days to complete this process.

Dear All,
I need a true advice regarding one of my query.

1) My application of Canadian immigration was received at Noya Scotia on 7th October 2011 (got confirmation from FEdex). I have mentioned my email ID on the Generic form and I have paid the Fees of myself and family through Bank Draft.
I am still waiting for the response but so far, there is no email response or call from canadian immigration?

Can some one tell me that how much time will it take to get response against your application? and secondly, is there any phone number or emailID, which can help me to get in touch with them?

Sincerely,
Bilal Alam Khan
