Can any body tell me exactly how much points I will get in Quebec Immigration Program ? Do I qualify for Quebec Skilled worker Program ??

Please guide me who knows exactly.

My Details are as follows,

1) Education - MBA from India
2) Age - 28
3) Work Exp - more than 3 Years
4) Relative in Canada - yes ( But not in Quebec)
5) Spouse Education - M.Sc
6) Age - 28
7) Work exp - 4 Years
8) Language - IELTS only (Speaking - 5 , Listing - 7, Reading - 5, Writing - 6) French - No knowledge.
9) Fund sufficient.

Can any one tell me do I qualify for Quebec ??

Application received as per DHL data is on 31 Oct 2011
Immigration office requested for processing is-India (Mentioned in generic application form)

Applied under FSW1 NOC 7241

IELTS+EXP+EDU+ADAPTIBILITY+AGE=69 Points
Funds $49213/-(Rs.23,13,035/-)
PCC -given for Both me and my spouse.
Every required document filled, signed properly except "NAME in native language" in 'Background Declaration' form
When I can expect AOR?
Can I track my application before getting AOR..
How many days will take for that?

Dear Cashbox . . First of all you need to change VISA office in your profile to NDVO, Its New Delhi Visa office if you applied from India. You have sent doccument on right address,

You are not able to track status before PER/AOR, You can send mail / call to CSU but they responce onlly after 6 weeks of timelines.

standard timeline to get responce will be 3 months after file reached at CIC. As per other thrade track sheets.

Mine is still pending as my file reached on 31-Aug'2011. Hopefully will get reply in this month. As per other thrades candidates of 10/11th Aug'2011 has got reply from CIC.

So CIC is working on Files received in aug'2011.

hi everybody. does anybody know what is mean by application received from PhD applicants:3600 of 1000 means? [/b] is this a new category. my application under FSW 2121 reached cic on 7 september. no news yet. does anybody from september applicants has written an enquiry email to cic office or anybody having their dd encashedplz reply. thanks

It seems to be a new category. Also, 3600 of 1000 means must be wrong. Because last week the number was zero. How could possibly in the first week of offer 3600 people have completed and sent their applications!

I have another question about the following paragraph.
""Starting November 5, 2011, CIC will accept a total of 1,000 applications from international students who have completed at least two years of study towards a PhD and or who graduated from a Canadian PhD program in the 12 months before the date their application is received by CIC.""
Does the first part of this offer apply only to PhD student studying in canada? In the second part it claealy says canadian program graduates. But how about the first sentence. What does they mean by international student?

not only the september applicants but also october applicants of 3131 and 631 are in safe side , cic website showing no. of complete applications at 10 november are those applications which are passed through completeness checks which include only
are all the forms are complete
is IELTS result is attached
is funds proof is attached
is mode of payment is proper
there is no link between bd encashed and cap ,if the link is present how CIO process 74 applications of 3131 for cashing bd in last 10 days , on the other hand its capacity was 5 applications per day.

back log means CIO is working steady irrespective of the no. of applications received but we are observing that CIO processed 4.5 applications of 3131 per day before 10 days but it increased 8 applications per day in last 10 days . So there is a phnomenon in CIO for announcing Cap which is increased or decreased according to the number of applications received.

hi. mine is the same case. my application was received on 18 may 2011 under 2121 but they send me back in august stating that category was cap. so i again applied under same category in sep 2011. but till date i have not received any news of dd encashment. urs is the same case. so plz let me know if you hear any news about dd encashment from embassy. i will be obliged. on which date ur application was received at cic office in sep. thanks a lot.
