Sept 2017 - Any PR Card renewal applications submitted

Anyone here has an idea how to find out if the application is received or not. I don’t have a tracking number. Application has been sent through a regular mail.

What number did you call? Can you provide please. Did they tell you if your application package is received or not?

Just basic words nothing much. Just said wait 4 more weeks. I feel like they only check courier mail only!

I believe you can try and call them. The UCI number in your landing document (IM1000) should be the same reference they would be using both for PR & Citizenship application. So you can definitely refer them to your UCI#.

Thanks a lot. That’s what I was trying and it says we don’t have any information about your application until this morning. Now it says application received and decision made.

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on January 12, 2018.
2. We started processing your application on March 27, 2018.

Omg!! I got it too. But funny part is says received March 27 and started processing March 27th. Weird? Maybe a mistake but who cares its says decision made! Maybe in the mail box...soon.

Yes you are right the UCI works for both! Both of my application says decision made.

Waiting for oath letter is so slow that i had to renew the pr to on vacation.

I have to apply for citizenship as soon as I get my pe card. I am waiting for it. So you applied for citizenship grant and or at the same time?

Citizenship grant i applied in oct 2017.
Did my test on feb 28 2018
Now waiting for oath.
Pr was submitted on dec 28th.
Yes get your PR then file the paper work it takes time.
