Sept 2012 applicant received GCMS notes applied on 3rd June - issue plz help

Hi.. did you declare on the Schedule 1 that you had refused the visa once? there is a question that have you been rejected any visa before if your answer was no. then you need to send an explanation letter that you forget to answer yes. and explain what happened.add a copy of the refusal letter as well. and a copy of the new visa.hard Send hard copies. after two week send an email to conform the delivery of the additional documents.if you think you miss any other documents send everything together.once they conform that they received all document, then you are safe.

work experience : 2281 noc declared, computer network technicians. Worked full time for XXX company as a computer network technician from 2010/07/19-2012/09/20(date of employment letter).Supporting documents appear to sufficient to demonstrate experience in this noc code. Appears to meet 12 month Canadian skilled work experience criteria . Langauage: IELTS submitted,meets benchmarks for work experience at Type o,A skill level.Education : ontario college diploma ( computer systems Technician - Networking) Canadian credential granted by XX college in april 2010. Transcripts appear to indicate that program is 1 year in length . Does not appear to meet student stream. All required PCs received and there seems to be no A35/36/37 concerns evident . No additional docs required at this time.



My letter clearly states that i have 2 yr of experience then why vo have confusion
