I’m seperated from my wife and we did not get the divorce yet. I just put seperated on my express entry file. I’m worrying that cic will approve our separation agreement or no coz we both signed on the agreement and our families too. One more thing is that my ex wife is already a permanent residence in canada. So i just want to know that is there anything that i should worry abt.

I’m not married. We are separated nd she is pr and im applying on my own.

then there is no issue. Just make sure you declare that in the application.
