hello, I just want to ask or clarify because I have a friend who is planning to apply in canada as provincial nominee. he is been separated from his wife for years but no legal documents. the question is, can he not included the wife to his application? if so what are the documents needed except for annulment cuz they do not have yet this documents or any documents. thanks in advance
