i have applied for red river college winnipeg for sep 2018 intake , but till date i have not received the offer letter . I have seen the status on the website it shows Wait ..i applied thru agent , he told to wait....For how long i should wait for the offer letter, and how much time it takes after receiving the offer letter for visa processing. ? pl. reply
