Sep 2024 outland - stuck with eligibility & background check

we haven't heard anything on our application since Nov 2024 . Stuck at Background and eligibility check. Sent so many webforms but no reply. We also contacted MP but haven't heard anything back from him yet . Anyone else in the same boat ? Is there anything else can be done from our end as this waiting game is so hard

You are not the only one have that issue , my wife case worse than yours, she applied in Sep,2024 and finished interview last month on Nov 05,2025, her background check and eligibility is still in process since Feb, 2025

We had an interview on Nov 11 , was told by officer that our application is approved on the spot, received pre arrival and re medical request the next day .
