Sep 2024 outland - stuck with eligibility & background check

we haven't heard anything on our application since Nov 2024 . Stuck at Background and eligibility check. Sent so many webforms but no reply. We also contacted MP but haven't heard anything back from him yet . Anyone else in the same boat ? Is there anything else can be done from our end as this waiting game is so hard

Security screening since Dec 2023. Tried so many calls, webforms, contacting MP except for Mandamus
