So I applied of CEC PR inland beginning of this year - uploading all docs etc. sent my application in. However I realised that for my work experience my job duties weren't listed in my reference letters and other evidence (completely my mistake, I own that, I didn't read the fine print!), I sent in a webform with the additional documents attached with my job duties.

For my Canadian work experience I sent in an offer letter/contract which had official roles and responsibilities - I'm hoping this is sufficient. (I already sent in t4s, paystubs etc.)

For my foreign work experience however, my old company aren't obliged to send me that info, I have a letter from the proving that's the case that they do not give out that information for reference letters - I provided this as evidence (I did however get proof of how long I worked there, role titles and salary etc. with pay stubs), I wrote my job duties my self and attached that as the bare minimum (trying all I can!)

My questions are:
A.) Will I be straight up be refused as I wrote my job duties myself for foreign experience ?(even with evidence that my ex employer cannot divulge that info, maybe I'll be lucky who knows)
B.) Or, if my foreign work experience is 'rejected' and I can't claim points, do my CRS points just go down or is it a refusal - example with all experience I'd have ~500 without foreign I'd have 475 but the cutoff for my pool was 450. Is it a matter that if you claim points for x but can't prove x for whatever reason that is an automatic refusal or just that my points go done but are still over cutoff?

Any advice would be much appreciated!
