sent full application in june 2009,still got no AOR ?

I sent my full application in june 2009 to Islamabad CHC but still have'nt got AOR and my ecase status is still "in process" as it was before. Tcs website shows that they have recieved the papers.

What should I do ? Should I contact them via email or wait?

I ALSO SENT full app in june 2009 but i received AOR from isb.this letter comes from pakitan post (gpo)so ur letter may be misplace from dakia.one thing they change status 'in process' after receving of full app.
