Back in late June I asked my school to sent a transcript to WES for ECA, but due to COVID-19 they sent it as ocean mail instead of airmail...needlessly to say that will take a long time. So today I asked my school to send the transcript again with express courier, hopefully to arrive in WES Canada office within a week. I used the same WES reference number. Will this be an issue when WES eventually received the later transcript from ocean mail? I tried WES FAQ but there is nothing, and I'm not getting any reply from their contact form, also no pick up from customer service phone number.
