sent documents to london but there is a problem , please help

hi there
please i have a small question
i sent my full documents to london 3 monthes ago
but today when i review the gide , they asked in the educational section to send the original transcription of the graduation certificate
but i sent a certified copy of the original (true copy )
is this a problem ?
should i send the original transcriptions know? ( but i`m afraid that thy will say the 120 days finished )
what thy will do , ask for the original transcriptions or thy will close the file ?
what is ur opinion
i want to send the original document know ,but i`m afraid
please help me
