college is not responsible for your visa they cn't do anything for your. you have to wait only one option is withdraw nd its up to you.

if i withdraw may i be able to get refund of my tuition fee?

yes in the case of rejection or withdraw you can refund your tution fees that you submited. but do't withdraw you file bcoz you receive your file wihout review and waste lot of time nd effort....so wait is only option.

1. Even if you call an elephant to "push" the walls of CHC, it won't make any difference.
2. You will get refund of tuition either on; the production of your refusal letter (most likely with some deduction) or by withdrawal of your visa application and admission (in such a case you must apply for refund before a set deadline, usually within 10 to 15 days from the class start date).

if i wait more that i will have to.
a gap of 1 year will place in my study.
my result was conduct in june and if i wait more and due to delay in making decision if i defer my admission to next coming session there will be 12 months gap in study.
and if i refusal takes place i apply again to canada for study permit they will ask about study gap.
how can i give the details.
there is only fault that we are born in pakistan.
all my original documents and degrees are in embassy. how can i get a job to fill this gap.
they are just playing with our future.

you should wait nd dont worry about gap 1 year gap is not a gap in the eyes of CHC so you can apply again without fillup the gap of 1 year.
