Guri,

Things are different for Pakistan.

Unlike India, Loan is not required for Pakistani student. Infact, no body take loan here for visa.

Unlike India, IELTS/TOEFL is not a requirement for Pakistani students. It is recommended but not a must.

There is no SPP/General categories in Pakistan.

but i think there will be category in pakistan also like SPP AND GENERAL .
if not than it is very easy to get visa fot you guys just needed finance which can be of parents ,relative or etc.....
but i am in doubt that rules for pakistan and india is not different becuase application of pakistan is also processed here in delhiii

As per CIC website, All application of Pakistan and Afghanistan are processed in Islamabad, Pakistan. Only the Application pertaining to Immigration are processed in London.

How can you be so sure? Application of which category are processed in Delhi?

Only our Medical examination is processed in India from where they send the recommendation to VO. Other than that nothing is processed in india. Atleast, this is what the official fact is.

Inaam, I am really confused about this property evaluation. The firms I contacted said they would take about a month to complete my evaluation - broken hearted I even threw away their details. Dont have that much time bhai, can you please direct me towards a simpler way of having it made? I am in Islamabad by the way, and the property is in Murree.

19. You do not require the English CNIC also called CNIOP, however, you need to attach the notarized English translation of CNIC.

Secondly, 1 month is too long don't go for that option of property evaluation. Which firm has you contacted? Bro, I don't know about things in Islamabad . This evaluation is not a must document if you can't do it easily then It is not advised to wait for it for 1 month.

This is getting scary now. Where did you have your certificate made from, perhaps they know someone in Islamabad?
