hi guys...

i have sent my full documents to New Delhi in JULY n got Second AOR on same month, from that time my status is showing RBVO, i thought i might get my medicals request in this month DEC but i don't know why they r taking so much time. still how much time they will take it's almost six months...

Once my file is IN Process how much time it will take for Medical Request and my POF is going to expire means, i borrowed some money n i thought i will keep it for six months n return back but now it doesn't look good, because before it was 6 months for the process i think now they have extended time...

Regarding my medical All my family members should get medical test or only the principal applicant... is it compulsory for my Mom n Sister n my brother is in US...

should i have to keep POF in bank till i get the VISA, so they ask for POF while giving visa...

I am not in a good situation Guys... pliz suggestions n Replies Appreciated

Thanx

Hi Mithun,

I am also having same timeline as yours and my current status is alos RBVO. Currently ND VO is processing File Trf to it in Feb'10 & Mar'10. So, we may receive medical request not earlier than Jan'11 end.

Once your status gets changed to "In Process", you will receive medical request within 15-20 days. If not, it means they are doing some verification checks. Medical test are required of all your family members who are 22 years of age, even if they are not accompanying you to canada.

I don't have much idea about POF and how much time it needs to be kept.

Best of Luck

Hi

Everyone included in the application are required to do medicals. Medicals can be done in any country but visa will only be issued from the visa office where application is processed. You should keep the required amount in the account until you get the visa because visa officer can ask you for the bank statement again at the medicals time.

Cheers
