Hello
So here is my story:
I had syphilis years ago and got medical surveillance because of the history (totally cured). I never received the surveillance forms from the consulate so I landed and they where issued. I landed and two days later reported to the authorities and got tested.
Today I received a letter that I did not report for TB as required from Alberta Health. It seams CIC (or the immigration officer) messed up and chose TB instead of Syphilis.
What should I do? Anyone with a similar story?
