Seniors I need advice pls : Unaccompanying children's requirements

My application was cancelled due to incomplete documents. What are the requirements for unaccompanying children of my common law partners children from his ex wife ?
Can you please share me the link. Does it include birth certificate and medical? What about passport? The children age are 17 and 13.
Please advice.
