Seniors Help! All with medical sent by CIC, but lost on way, PLEASE CONNECT

All who got decision made without medical or got the information that mr was sent by CIC (specially on 9 nov 2012) but was not received at your end, please connect. For me, ecas changed to DM on 19 Mar 2013 and today I got my CAIPS notes saying that mr was sent on 9 nov 2012. I neve received anything, not even in spam folder. Seniors please advice what should I do? And Should I wait for the rejection letter?

You need to send them a covering letter explaining the situation

Many of such DM has been rectified

Also fax them letter immediately

Thanks coolguy. This means I should not wait for rejection letter. You mentioned this has happened earlier with people. Should I understand that they had got dm and then mr was issued to them again? Please confirm if you have personally come accross such a case.

4 cases have been detected. One can easily extrapolate it 10 times to have a rough idea of total number of such cases bearing the brunt of negligence on part of visa office.

Thats true, and so it has already been done. The question now is what happens next. Cic might reply in an easy ''no'' to our appeal. This thread is To bring such cases togather to be able to appeal in Federal Court Togather.
