I have sent my full documents on 8th March-2010 and still Recv BY VO. No verification call yet received. Now in my organization VSS has announced to leave the job and take service benefits. If I opt i would be getting almost 80K Canadian $ other then few lacs in bank and property worth 60K Canadian$ which I sent with Property consultant valuation+ documents. So in totality I worth 1.40K Canadian dollar worth which I can show in liquid form as well. Can I write them that I should take this offer so I may be given idea by CIC that how strong my case is. My real brother in canada with family (Citizen) 22+service and Master in IT so eligible as far as points are concerned. Sent most of the documents original means 100% as per check list ac CIC asked. Please advise can I ask them that should go for this option.

Thanks

Every case is treat with equal preference in case of same NOC/ Category and applicants who have 67 points and applications who have 100.

What I understand is that you have sent the documents and your application's online e-cas has not changed from Rec By Visa office. So it is completely fine. They ask you to usually wait for 3 months. You need to inform CHC in case of any address change or any other details which they mention in the letter which they send to applicants along with the AOR.

So if anything has changed and is mentioned in the AOR letter which required CHC attention then you can inform them other wise it is not required. Other thing is if it passes the wait time mentioned in the letter then you can send them an inquiry asking for update on your case.
