1. about the proof of funding, I have to fill up the form attached with the 2nd letter. My question is , since I am showing my and my wife's account balance as a proof of funding, do I need to fill up two copies of form on each name for two different bank certificate?


2. While filling form if the space is not sufficient, in the attached page can I answer more than one question or for each question I need one additional page?


3. If any date field is not required(eg. divorce field, death date field), should I put N/A in there too?

please answer as fast as possible.

Add the amounts and use one form.

Sure, use a blank sheet of paper. Write your name on top, the form name and number on top and then indicate the question number.
