seneca college may intake offer latter HELP ME

I applied in seneca college for may intake in york campus in computer system technology. I applied on 5th october and i haven't got any response.
I called them 4-5 time but they are saying that they didn't stared any process. Its more than 3 months what should i do ?
help me please

Exp 4 years
Physically handicapped (Polio) no need additional help.
Financial status cad $ 50000

Really they r idiots... i had applied on 29 September 2017 and they replied me yesterday that they dont have enough seats and which r available for that m not eligible.... as i applied for diploma in computer networking and technical support... whereas i have already completed three year diploma in computer science and engineering after my 12th with 70% and 70% in my diploma and 6.5 in ielts not less than 6.
