Also, sa bayad isa lang ba babayaran o dalawa for TWP at TRV? Magkano pala bayad sa medical?

If your LMO salary is different from your job offer, you should request to your employer to change your salary in job offer or contract. It should be the same. However if you already submitted your apps, ipag-pray mo nalang na hindi mapansin ng VO na mag-aassess ng papers mo ang salary difference :D

hello everyone. i am from UAE and just preparing doc for temporary visa. i already have positive LMP from employer in canada.
their lawers are saying no need to include PCC but i want to make sure if its not requred because if emabssy asked this later it will be 1 to 2 months delay.
does anyone knows if PCC is required for work visa?

Thanks Buleg. Hindi ko pa naman napapasa.

When they sent me the LMO kasi magkaiba yung salary. Higher si LMO. What my employer did was adjust my salary higher. But from hourly rate, naging annual salary bigla yung nakasulat sa job offer. But if you compute based sa explanation nya, same na ng rate ng LMO.

Pero yung VO ay hindi ko sure kung alam nilang i-compute yun o kung cocomputin ba nila.

wala ka bang contract? if pareho ang salary mo per hour sa contract and lmo you're good to go. may nabasa kasi ako na may na-deny because mas mababa ang offered salary nya sa contract/job offer compared sa lmo. ibig sabihin hindi sila (employer) nag-comply sa salary rate ng lmo which should be mandated.

hi Buleg, may contract ako. Pag nagcompute ako, higher yung per hour ko kesa sa LMO. Pero alam kaya ng mga VO magcompute ng salary ko?

I have no idea pero usually nagbabase sila sa contract & LMO so make sure your salary in contract should be the same or higher compare to your LMO. What do you mean "higher yung per hour ko kesa sa LMO" is that contract or job offer? pero check your salary in your lmo, contract & job offer. the salary in LMO should be follow. if your salary in your contract or job offer gets higher rate walang problem yun basta not below the salary in your LMO. kumbaga not below the minimum wage of specified job in your LMO, yun kasi ang meaning ng salary sa LMO. but if they (employer) offer higher salary rate in your job offer or contract, good for you. all the luck :)

Thanks Buleg! The contract is higher than the LMO.

If I divide the salary in the contract by 50 weeks then further divided by 42 hours para per hour na yung amount like the LMO. Higher pa din if I compare.
