grabe pina abot pa ng 10weeks tapos nirefused din.. usually kasi pag refused 6-8weeks lang received mo na... akala ko ba naman pag umabot na ng 10weeks na wala pang balita sa apps mo e sure na visa na ang makukuha mo di rin pala... just keep on praying... ako nga ayaw ko man isipin pero i cant avoid it sumasagi talaga sa isip ko na kung ano na naman kaya ang hatol lalo na refused dati mahirap ng maconvince ang vo.

Weird ang mga reasons ng VO, wala ba kayong anak ng hubby mo at bakit nya sinabi na di sya convince na babalik ka ng Phil pagkatapos ng contract mo?

Not yet pero by next May 1 or 2 masu-submit ko na. I still chose to submit the high school credentials and everything are original since yun naman kasi ang nakalagay sa check list. I was thinking na mabuti ng sigurado. Here's exactly the content of my application, I think this is already complete. If anyone has additional inputs, I hope they can share:

1) Application for a Work Permit - Checklist
2) Job Offer from employer with latest résumé.
3) Labor Market Opinion (LMO) confirmation provided by Human Resources & Skills Development Canada (HRSDC)
4) Completed IMM 1295: Application for A Work Permit
5) Completed IMM 5465: Family Information Form
6) Completed PIF 2011-03: Work Permit Additional Information Form
7) Original Passport (old and new passports showing history of travel)
8) Copy of the passport bio-data page
9) Evidence that the requirements of the job offer is met:
· Certificate of Employment and Compensation (original)
· Detailed Description of Current Job (certified true copy of Job Description by the DFA)
· Secondary Education Academic Credentials (all original documents)

* Certification of Graduation
* DepEd Form 137: Secondary Pupil's Permanent Record

Ask ko lang kung kelangan ba talaga pa authenticate sa DFA yung ibang requirements? Thanks!

What?! NBI clearance should be authenticated by DFA? Is there anybody here whose VO requested for the authenticated NBI clearance?
Kindly specify if its from CEM or other country's Canada visa office. Thank you.

yung sakin pina authenticate ko din. pero yung iba dito hindi naman nila pina authenticate para sure lang pa authenticate mo na lang din

I just chose to authenticate every document if not available in original, in reference to IMM 5487: Instruction Guide.

sis how long na dito hubby mo mula dumating siya from canada? is he employed right now here in pinas? kainis talaga mga vo paiba iba ng decision. ako din galing na doon pero nung nag apply ako refused employment naman ang reason at family ties. mahirap na ata magkavisa once na narefused na pero wag naman sana kasi just submitted my re-application. meron bang new additional docs inattach hubby mo maliban sa letter of appeal from his employer?

i dont want to quit sis coz everyone is deserving.

hello sis nku mag 2 years n puro denied cia paiba iba kc ang vo n may hawak ng papel nya kaya same reason s refusal letter ung overstay nya.. kakainis nga dami n nmin nagastos tapos un nag attach n kmi ng cover letter explained everything.. tapos declaration letter from his employer n sinasabi don n ksalanan ng employer kung bkit cia naoverstay.. hays sana ngaun ok n sis.. oo nagwork cia s pearl manila hotel as cook.

Nakakainip maghintay ng visa at nakaka-stress kakaisip kung ano ang status ng applications namin...Anyway approve or not blessings pa rin yan basta laging may SECOND CHANCE (pero sana approve!!)...Cheers to all

sis, received ko today aor/mr ko. sa wakas nakita ko na new medical form nila naka attached pala ID picture doon no dati kasi di pa ganito. ganun ba talaga mga sis 15days lang dapat makapag medical ka na kasi before with 45days ngayon 15days nalang. alanganin pa naman dating ng mr request malapit na period ko tapos dapat atleast a week after pa pwede magpamedical para clear ang urine. kagaya kasi sa friend ko nagpamadical few days after ng period kaya hayun pinaulit siya ng urine niya.

hay naku po Lord sana maging ok na po ngayon ang application namin..

ok sis try ko add kita sa skype di kasi ako nag oopen ng skype ko.. pm kita sis..

sis, received ko today aor/mr ko. sa wakas nakita ko na new medical form nila naka attached pala ID picture doon no dati kasi di pa ganito. ganun ba talaga mga sis 15days lang dapat makapag medical ka na kasi before with 45days ngayon 15days nalang. alanganin pa naman dating ng mr request malapit na period ko tapos dapat atleast a week after pa pwede magpamedical para clear ang urine. kagaya kasi sa friend ko nagpamadical few days after ng period kaya hayun pinaulit siya ng urine niya.
