Sending transcripts from JNTU Kakinda to WES with latest process

Hi,

I heard that JNTU Kakinada updated their process of sending transcripts to WES. If anybody did the process recently to send transcripts from JNTU K. Is it possible to request JNTU Kakinada to send docs to WES via other process without going to university ? can we avail 3rd party services ? or physical presence is needed at university to get transcripts to be sent to WES ?

Any response is highly appreciated.

Unfortunately before I could start my process, Covid lock down has started and I didn't process anything further.
May I know is there any update from your side ? Are you able to finish your WES process ?
