I left Canada few days ago, then received passport request email, I was wandering, If Ottawa accept passport send from outside North America? I was thinking to send it by courier to Ottawa with a return envelope (Canada post wish luckily i have) addressed to a relative living in Canada, then the relative send it back to me.
