It's great. Yes there's not enough info online, making it look a bit sketchy, but we've had nothing but success with it, being cheaper and quicker than Western Union. Receiving location depends on your country and I assume there's no charge to receive in other countries also. Usually around here the "Cash Stores" are the ones having Ria.. in addition to a few corner stores. Actually the agents there can't tell you much about it either, I have just figured it out for what works with us and it is reliable.

That's a bit disappointed because I intended to call one of their locations to see if they can help me with details. Also, I have already american dollars... when I asked both western union and moneygram they said they won't take US dollars!!
