sending application by regular mail not courier

Hi guys,

So I dont have cash to send Canadian immigration application to France by courier - is there anything wrong with sending it by regular surface mail? Thanks.

Why to France? I sent my application to NS and to the visa office using normal mail but I did use tracking capability.

Ok Paris processes skilled immigration application for Quebec not FSW. I guess I will just send it by surface registered mail (no tracking) or surface mail with tracking. thanks for sharing!
