I apologise for posting this question but just wanted to clarify the following.

I received my AOR in July 2013 and have now received my NOA and UK police certificate.

1. I am confused because it states the following on the CIC website -

Scan and e-mail documents (other than police certificates) to: OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca

Send original Police Certificates to:

Case Processing Pilot – Ottawa
219 Laurier Avenue West, 7th floor, section B
Ottawa, Ontario K1A 1L1
Canada

2. But on my AOR email it states the following -

Any future correspondence should be sent to the visa office as indicated on your application. Your reference (application) number is located below the date of this letter. You must quote this reference number in any future correspondence.

The visa office I indicated was Sydney, Australia. Should I assume this is where I send the additional documents?

No, send documents to CPP-O, as all CEC applications are being processed there. Do like it says
on CPP-O website.
