Send "Photocopy" of AOR from Sidney to Buffalo?

Dear Friends,

I would just like to clarify if all i need to do is to "photocopy" the AOR letter I received from Sidney and send it to Buffalo New York?

Or should I send the original letter?

the AOR says - your full application must consist of the following:

"A copy of this letter with the reference number above"

It's not clear to me if the word "copy" means photocopy or the orignal copy itself.

Please shed some light.

Copy means copy, original means original, so send a photocopy.
