Hi,

New Delhi VO applicants please clarify which documents do i need to send original, which to photocopy and which to notarize.
Should we notarize only those photocopies which has notarize mentioned? Please clear my confusion, because the day i am applying is approaching pretty fast.

Here is the list that i am working with for FSW Category 1 (no AEO), please correct if anything is incorrect:

Original Documents
1. Form: Application for PR
2. Schedule 1: Background Declaration
3. Schedule 3: Economic Class
4. Additional Family Information
5. Fee Payment Form
6. Original Transcripts of Bachelor/Master in university sealed envelope
7. Original and up to date letters of reference from work
8. Funds Statements-Bank, Citizen Investment Trust(CIT), Provident Fund(PF) in Canadian Dollars.
9. Police Clearance Certificate
10. IELTS results

Notarized Documents
1. Employee Contracts/Letter of Appointment
2. Citizen Certificate and English Translation
3. Bio data page of Passport
4. Birth Certificate and its English translation
5. Marriage Certificate and its English translation
6. Proof of relationship with Canadian relative
7. Professional Association Certificates

Plain Photocopies
1. Photocopy of all pages of the passport
2. Photocopy of Citizenship of Canadian relative
3. Photocopy of Passport of Canadian relative
4. Photocopy of Utility Bills of Canadian relative
5. Photocopy of Tax bills of Canadian relative

Thanks in advance

Couple of points:

1) Travel history may be required if you have travelled abroad
2) I am planning to do notary on the non-empty passport pages
3) Degree certificates need to be notarized.

and, don't forget the photos :-)

I am planning to notarize the passport pages from the ministry of foreign affairs which costs 200 rupees a page and thats very expensive. I think i should use a notary service to do that.

There seems to mixed opinion on notarizing passport copies. Wait for more responses from the people who have already submitted full documents.
For me, I have to wait for couple of months for the AOR.

Thanks for posting this.

Any New Delhi Applicants that are waiting to apply, please have your say on this.

Thanks in advance.
