Hello All,

I have a question regading the PR application to Buffalo. My application was recommended for further processing by the CIO. When I made the initial application to CIO, I made two original sets (i.e. with original signatures and names in my native language) of the application and sent one to the CIO and retained the other one to be sent to the Buffalo Office in case my application was approved by CIO. Now, as I was checking the instruction guide I found that I need to submit a "copy" (page 18-instruction guide; to me its a vague term because it could mean another set since the pdf application is fillable; "photocopy" is an appropriate term) of the original application to the CIO. Is it OK if I submit the other original set since the information is exactly the same? or should I photocopy it and submit the photocopy? I have all the required documents and am ready to submit the application. Thank you all!!

no need to photocopy but then again, if i were you, i'd keep a copy at home too.

By the way, it is okay to update the forms with your most recent information before sending it.

Thanks Rupeshhari for your suggestion. I really appreciate your response.

By the way, this is what I did...

I updated the forms. Send the form and a copy of the old form.
Also kept a copy of the new forms at home.
