OR
both of them should be sent together ?

Yes it's possible, for some countries it's not. And I some cases you cant risk it. If your masters is recognized as bachelors you lose the points. Whereas if both are recognized as bachelors you get points for two or more diplomas. You also dont pay extra, so send both.
