Send application for PR to CIC without police record check

Hi all,
Im sorry to repeat this post if it already exist.

I ve received my AINP nominee certificate. I was wondering if I can send my application to CIC without my police check and send the police check when I receive it? If yes, how do I send the police check to CIC when it comes? I was told at the police station that it would take 4 weeks for me to get the result.

The reason why I want to send my PR application immediately is because I don't want to caught unawares. You know the immigration system is like Calgary or Alberta weather 1 minute it's warm the next its cold...lol.

Hi pokie, You can send your application to CIC without your police report for processing, but you will be mandatory to submit it to the Visa office, assigned to handle your application for further processing. Thanks.
