Hey unfortunately I took a semester off when I changed my collage and my health was also at it's worse and i didn't work at all in that period now I'm in my 3rd semester I am just wondering will I still qualify for a pgwp ?
No you don't, the immigration officer might still give it to you especially if you have proof of medical issues but by the rules you dont dont qualify.
