Hi there , my study permit was from 2016 to 2018 March but I extended it up to November but I dnt have fee for this sem which i thought to b last sem so when I ll take courses in next sem in September I will need to extend permit again because my exams are in December. Will I be able to get it and is there any problem in work permit getting it . Please reply me

It's not clear if you are taking a scheduled or unscheduled break. If it's a scheduled break - you're fine. If it's an unscheduled break - that may impact your PGWP.

yes it is problematic that you have not completed your study in/on time, asking for 2nd extension is also bad. but it all depends on VO. another thing is that these semester off thing might affect your PGWP, worst case you will not get any work permit. read forum other threads about PGWP and visa extension, you will get a little more clear picture.

Hi,

in my case, my college told me that they shift me to September session (originally it was May). They told me this news on my orientation day.
will it create problem in future? do i need to contact CIC to inform them ?
