Self isolation at point of Entry?

I am a Canadian citizen returning to Canada on early April. My destination is Quebec city but the point of entry is Vancouver Airport.
Do I have to self isolate at Vancouver?

They say I would need ARRIVE CAN. What if I have only foreign-phone with foreign number, not Canadian number?

How do I find an accomodation for self isolation? For how long? 2 weeks?

Do I have to self isolate at Quebec city again?

By the way, I am not vaccinated at all. I have no acquaintances who can help me out with self isolation.

Read through the most up to date information as it changes regularly. What is in place now may not be in place in April.If you are not vacinated you must isolate in Vancouver. How are you getting to Quebec City? You need to be fully vacinnated to board a domestic flight or train.

Can you fly directly into Montreal and Toronto? Then you can drive to QC.

I am afraid not. Vancouver is the only place available from here. I don't have a car in Canada.
