self-employed as an international student

hey, I really need help regarding this issue. I wanted to know if an international student can be self-employed while holding a study permit which allows to work on/off-campus for 20hrs/week. There's no information regarding this, or stating that an international student can be self-employed, on official government websites. Do you think its possible.

That's a pretty useful tweet. I think as long as it's 20 hours, we should be fine.

I've contacted various universities and colleges and they've said the same, though they were confused about whether it counted as on or off campus. But that tweet pretty much confirms it.
