Self Affidavit is acceptable against reference letter

Hello, my previous company I worked 10 months and they denied to give me reference letter , they told me that we already provided you experience letter and extra Letter not provide to you. Here my colleague also don't want to provide me.

Then I have to go this option only, please advise is this acceptable??

1) I am going to do notarised on 100 rs stamp paper with including all my details, is this OK
2) I have also Company refusal mail, I have all details like Appointment letter, salary slips, resign letter Are they considering stamp paper option??

And if not then any other options are there

10 months are useless for getting points, min. 12 months required. So no need to prepare Job Reference letter.
