I am on post graduate work permit which is going to be expired on 27th August 2013. I found an employer who is ready to hire and support me for LMO process. I will apply for work permit before current one expires provided proof that I am waiting for final decision from Service Canada for LMO .My question is
1. If I am on implied status and received -ve LMO, Can I apply again for new work permit with new employer?
I assume in case lmo is negative I will have 90 days to restore status. Would I be able to apply legally for new work permit with new employer and +ve LMO?
