good day sir/ madam, i just want to ask an advice from you, i already receive my nomination certificate from province of alberta under the provincial nominee ( alberta work experience category) and i have been applied to CIC last month.my current work permit will be expire on january 2015. my problem is 6 months from now they are going to tear down our store to rebuild a new one and it will take a long time. i was just wondering if i am able to change a job and get a new work permit while waiting for the result? if yes, im wondering if it should be the same title of job or any kind of job? do i need to inform CIC if i change my job? i am worried that it may affect my application for my residency.i am hoping for your help and advice.thank you

You should talk to your PNP about the possibility of being able to change jobs without needing a new LMO. If you can't, you could apply for a bridging open work permit, see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/notices/2012-12-17.asp but you would have to wait until there is only 4 months left until your permit expires.
