Seeking Advice from Other Medicos Not in FSW List 2013

I am a dentist from India and I have been waiting for FSW list since last one year.
I am sure my fellow dentists and other medical professionals must be equally disappointed.
I would really appreciate any guidance regarding what are my options now ?
- Provincial Program
- Any courses

even for pnp,we need job offer.so only option is stydyin in canada.. can says its ultimate option..

u can do pg diploma courses for 2 yrs n get 3 yr work permit..

Even I thought it would be the only option. I went to a Canada education fair in Delhi yesterday. But the only options given were Dental assisting and Dental Hygienist. One was 1 year course and the other was three years.

What courses would you suggest in PG Diploma?
