according to the CIC site when I filed it was 17 months..now since the strike it is 20 months

I did order my notes..but neglected to have the consent to release part filled out...they gave me 30 days to do so..to send it to Jamaica and then send it back to me in Canada will take more than 30 days so Im not sure what to do...?

No, he just has to complete the consent form, save it on USB, print it, sign it, scans it, saves it again, and sends to you by email.

Then you save it, print it, sign it, scan it and resave. You will have to attach it when you make request for notes.
