In July 2016, planning to complete my landing.
Entire family, Planning to migrate in 2017.

1. Before migration planning to complete few courses with Canadian "insurance institution of Canada".
Whether, by taking up of few course, will create secondary ties and eventually Whether I need to pay taxes on world income?

2. I'm principle applicant, My spouse is working too, who will join us in 2018. Whether the world income by spouse is also taxable?

Pls clarify...,,

1. No, taking a few courses will not constitute secondary ties, and you should be fine.
2. After you land, and once you become a resident for tax purposes in 2017, your spouse will also likely be considered a resident and will be taxed on global income.
