hi guys i am about to submit my second application, but i am not sure if i can use my rprf receipt from my first application in the second one since i have not received my rprf fee yet since my rejection in feb. some advise please... also can anyone please affirm if i have to upload notarized copy of my documents or just scanned copies will do??
