Hi There,

I just wondering how I can get my Dad's second review a bit faster. He want to back to home country to organize his affair. We sent the document Aug 6, 2017 but still under review. Thank you for your help. Following the the letter he received:

To examine whether you are in compliance with the requirments to be issued a new Permanent Resident Card pursuant to paragragh 59(1) (c) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, we request that you provide additional information for the period of May 26, 2012 to May 15, 2017.

No chance. Once you have left the standard processing path, you will just have to wait for them to finish the review. You can ask your local MP to check the status of your application but they cannot influence it.

Just send a letter to to PR Card Review Team. No harm in doing, and nothing to loose . Same address but
with ATTN: REVIEW TEAM, IRCC—PR Card
