Hi to all,

i had my first marriage jan 2012 to a filipino (permanent resident), i got divorced dec 2015 but i had to change my last name to a philippine consulate and when i requested a cenomar in the philippines our marriage was reported as of june 2016. but i ddnt reported it. last august 2016 i got married its my 2nd h(he is canadian) and this year i just got my PR. i have to get my son next year. my question is since my ex husband was holding phil passport, can he file adultery and can cause of delay departure also? i really need a help

Did you declare your son as non-accompanying dependent in your own PR app, and have his medical done?

If you don't have full legal custody of your child, then your ex-husband will need to give his written approval that he's allowing you to move your son to Canada.
